MIND BOOTY AND SOUL
Much of our creative insight stems from our acclaimed documentary series, Mind, Booty, and Soul, a groundbreaking exploration of the cultural shifts that marked the turn of the century. Through this series, we chronicled how music, lyrics, and social imagery evolved into increasingly sexual and provocative expressions—and how audiences, influenced by the content they consumed, often mirrored these behaviors in real life. It was a vivid portrayal of a “monkey see, monkey do” cultural moment, revealing how media trends and artistic expression shaped not only entertainment but also the collective mindset of a generation.
Interview Rates
For over two decades, we’ve conducted thousands of interviews, building an archive that has become a valuable resource licensed by major organizations including Viacom, BET, ABC News, Orange County Police Department, and many more. My approach combines the eyes of a cameraman with the instincts of an interviewer—allowing me to capture both the visual essence and the emotional truth of each moment.
Being behind the camera gives me the advantage of asking the right questions—sometimes obvious, sometimes uncomfortable—while letting the footage roll naturally. This combination of timing, opportunity, and confidence often leads to timeless quotes and authentic moments that can’t be scripted.
Our pricing reflects this added depth: filming rates cover the technical production, while interviews are billed at an additional $2 per recorded minute.
